Hello all!!

I have noticed there is no where on this site to write much about yourself in general... so I decided to add something here!

I have lived in Dunedin most of my life, spend some time in Arrowtown working for a couple of months before I moved back here. I am engaged to my fantastic fiance Clinton! We have been together for a couple of years now, got engaged about 10 months ago but there are as yet no wedding plans as we just bought a house! We have two cats, which feature in a few of my photos.

I have only seriously got into photography this year and am beginning a photography course tonight (15/10/2007) which I am really excited about!
I have owned a digital camera for a few years, but got fed up with it, thought it was crap! It got to the point I wasnt using it much and was quite unhappy about it. So I bought a Fujifilm Finepix S9600 and am incredibly happy with it! I take it everywhere with me so I hopefully do not miss out on those great impulse shots!!

I am currently a Architectural Technician working in an office where we do contract drafting, build CAD machines and sell CAD software. I feel that this is not where I want to be for the rest of my life, I like being outdoors to much!! So I hope to start a career in photography at some stage.
